FOUNDER'S MESSAGE (FOUNDING FATHER, R.S.M)

R.S.M. Inter College is committed to imparting high quality holistic education by giving students the opportunities to develop their creative and social skills through a wide variety of programmes in a caring, innovative and healthy environment.

R.S.M.. Hapur stands for excellence and continuously sets higher standards for the people connected with it. As they say, "One who dares to teach must never cease to learn". I am committed not only to maintain the impeccable image and highest standards, but also to carry them forward to new heights. The importance of education in the life of an individual cannot be overstated. It shapes individuals in their formative years and imbues them with values that would govern all their choices in life. For me, education does not mean providing answers,It means equipping the pupil with the means to find the answers for himself and within himself. Education empowers students to discover themselves - who they are as people. The teachers support them in channelizing resources vis-a-vis their dreams thus, sustainably generating civilized and productive human capital for serving our motherland in line with the R.S.M SR. SEC. SCHOOL Society's motto "Service Before Self". I am also fortunate to have an experienced and committed team, which has brought the school to its present stature. I, along with my team of silent workers and dedicated faculty, intend to build on this strong foundation and raise the standards in all spheres, to the zenith. My aim is not only to be an able administrator but also to be a friend, philosopher and guide to students one whom they can count on and trust at all times. I assure you that my doors will always be open to the students and their parents for any suggestion or guidance.

To start school is an easy job but a million dollar question is how to plan and execute scheme of model education which will inculcate in the students a strong character, qualities to face life and to develop physical, mental, cultural and spiritual qualities. Ideal education aims at helping child to find the right path of life and moulding him/her for an excellent living.

School Management is working for all round development of mind, body and spirit and builds personalities of students on these lines in school teachings. Excellent administration is responsible for outstanding laurels and achievements in Science, Engineering, Computer Science and Commerce faculties. School has been achieving almost 100% results in C.B.S.E. X & XII Exams and also thousands of distinctions, hundreds of merits in them.
